Sign up with confidence. If you decide after the first training session that our program is not the right fit for your child, you may cancel your membership for a full refund of all registration fees paid.

Requirement: To claim your full refund, you must cancel your membership before your second scheduled training session.

Missed Sessions & Make-Ups

If your child misses a scheduled training session, it can be rescheduled for a make-up session within the same calendar month.
Missed sessions do not roll over to the following month, and unused sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations Before the Season Starts

If a player needs to withdraw from the league before the season officially begins, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Mid-Season Cancellations (Injury or Other Reasons)

If a player must withdraw after the league has started due to injury, relocation, or any other reason, a prorated refund will be issued under the following terms:

Deductions: A flat $50 fee will be deducted from your total registration payment to cover the cost of the custom player uniform and administration.
Prorated Calculation: The remaining refund amount will be calculated by deducting $25 per week for each week of the season that has already passed.
Eligibility Limit: Prorated refunds are only available up to 6 weeks into the season. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 6th week.

🌨️ Inclement Weather & School Closures

Because our programs operate directly out of city owned facilities, our schedule follows city policies and facility availability:

Automatic Cancellation: If schools or city facilities close early or cancels all after-school activities due to inclement weather, safety hazards, or facility issues, our basketball program is automatically cancelled for that day.
Parent Notification: We will notify parents via email as soon as a school/city-issued closure is confirmed.
Training Sessions: Any training session cancelled due to a facility closure will not count against your child's monthly balance and can be rescheduled as an extra make-up session within the month.
League Games: Every effort will be made to reschedule cancelled league games later in the season. Because league schedules depend on facility gym permits, refunds or credits will not be issued if a game cannot be made up.
