After School Basketball for Christ is a faith-based youth basketball development program that combines after-school care with basketball instruction in a Christian environment.

 

The program will provide families with a structured environment with values-based activities that promote physical health, teamwork, discipline while offering positive mentorship as an alternative to regular daycare or after school care.

 

With a focus on safety, community, and character development, the program will include age-appropriate coaching, skill-building drills, scrimmages and academic support to help students stay engaged and succeed academically alongside their athletic growth.  

 

Overall, the program seeks to complement formal education by enriching students’ physical health, social/emotional development, and core moral values while they pursue academic and athletic achievements.

 

By integrating Christian principals with practical basketball instruction, we aim to foster faith, resilience, motivation, and a sense of belonging in a supportive environment while lifting up the name of Jesus and potentially leading others into a personal relationship with Him.

Launching in Burlington, Ontario Fall 2026, the program's schedule will align with the Halton District School Board calendar offering daily after school programing Monday - Friday between the hours of 3:00pm-6:00pm with transportation options available where needed from school to our facility, ensuring reliability for families and caregivers.​

Our mission aims to deliver quality christian mentorship through a sport-experience that strengthens communities and supports holistic student development beyond academics.
